Welcome to Feed With Speed!
Our Mission
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, many people have lost their jobs and therefore are no longer able to support their families. Over the last three weeks, almost 17 million people have been unemployed. The United States Interagency Council on Homelessness, a federal agency within the executive branch, estimates the number of homeless people in America to be around 570,000. They expect this number to be doubled due to the Coronavirus. Most of these people have children they can no longer provide for. 30% of America's homeless population is represented by children under the age of 18. That means that an estimated 170,000 children are hungry in America.
With this number increasing daily, we need to work together to find a solution. Children have no control over being born into homelessness and deserve the means to build a successful future for themselves. They can't do so without the means to survive. Our mission is to feed the most number of kids we can! But we can't do it without your help; donating as little as $10 is a big step towards our current goal of $1000. Be the reason a kid gets to eat dinner tonight. Help us feed with speed!
