Fundraising Campaign Backround:

This participant friendly fundraiser is based on the scene in the 1967 movie, To Sir with Love, where in, Mr. Thackeray (Sidney Poitier) is preparing his students for life after graduation in a couple of weeks.

As part of his teaching, Mr. Thackeray conducts a cooking class and terms it as "Survival Training"

Script excerpts of this scene are as thus:

"A normal English salad...add a dash of the extraordinary, a bit of mayonnaise...Never be afraid to experiment...And always remember that you can eat well...Have you ever had a salad with almonds and grapes...and tomatoes and lettuce and pineapple?"

It is because of this scene and the lessons it offers, Zest Radio Show and The ReWlettes are wanting to help others be fed nutritious meals.

In turn, when children and adults are maintaining a well balanced nutritious diet, they are more apt to be able to concentrate on the tasks at hand in learning and working too.

Knowing that not everyone is fortunate enough to have access to nutritious meals, we wanted to insure that there will be the ability for others to survive on our generousity and your participation in this campaign of awareness and project of compassion.

Terms and Conditions:

Begins January 23, 2021 and runs until December 8, 2021

Financial maximum: $1,000.00

One YouTube play of The ReWlettes official music video for their cover of "To Sir with Love" beginning January 23, 2021 is equivalent to a 10 cent donation that will be made on the viewers behalf to a maximum of 10,000 plays which is the equivalent of $1,000.00 which will be donated by The ReWlettes and Zest Radio Show to Feed The Children.

The ReWlettes and Zest Radio Show will donate $100.00 for every 1,000 you tube plays of The ReWlettes official music video for their cover of "To Sir with Love" to a maximum of 10 times, which is eqivalent to the $1,000.00 total donation amount beginning January 23, 2021 until December 8, 2021.

If the maximum 10,000 YouTube plays of The ReWlettes cover of "To Sir with Love" official music video is reached before the December 8, 2021 deadline, the full $1,000.00 will be donated to Feed The Children at the time of maximum YouTube plays being reached.
